Abstract

China's mining industry,which has undergone three stages,survey and exploitation,large-scale orderly development,and fastly-consumed mineral resources,is presently facing large mining quantities,highly-dependence on foreign countries in mineral products and large consumption.Five features in China's mining industry necessitate the circulation economy that it is a strategy to thoroughly carry out the notion of circulation economy through the whole mining economic activities based on the 3R Principles.
