Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of moderate exercise on the free radicals in peripheral blood of SD rats after being received noise stress. MethodsThirty two health male SD rats were divided into four groups. one as controlled group, one only getting psychological stress, one receiving swimming training for 60mins, one receiving swimming training for 60 mins and psychological stress. The open-field test,SOD activity and the MDA content in peripheral blood of SD rats were determined. Results①Compared with C group(43.25±16.42), the numbers of crossing in P、S and PS group (64.37±16.90,59.63±13.45,54.88±10.68)were significantly higher( P 0.05);the numbers of rearing in P,S and PS group(16.63±5.09,10.00±6.85,17.00±10.77) were lower than that in C group(23.88 ±6.79 ), furthermore;the numbers of rearing in P and S group were significantly decreased.②Compared with C group(36.90±4.19),the SOD activity in P and S group(78.13±18.10 and 56.48±19.21) were significantly higher( P 0.05 );the SOD activity in PS were lower.Compared with C group(4.90±1.58),the MDA concentration in P group were significantly increased, while the MDA concentration in S group were significantly decreased, however, the MDA concentration in PS group were lower but not significantly.ConclusionThe moderate exercise maybe bring down the intensity of stress reaction to depress the effect of the noise stress in SD rats.
