Abstract

In order to explore the effects of exercise and heat stress on IL-2,free radicals and regulating correlation in SD rats,the experiment is designed to make rats in exercise training for 6 weeks and add heat stress in the last training.The IL-2、SOD、MDA and SOD/MDA in peripheral blood and their correlation were measured.The results:1) After 6 weeks exercise training,the IL-2、SOD、and SOD/MDA in heat stress group and exercise training plus heat stress group were significantly lower than those in control group,while the MDA in exercise training plus heat stress group was significantly higher than those in control group.2) Compared with the group without any training under heat stress,the rats in the training group have higher IL-2、SOD、SOD/MDA in their blood serum,but the correlation is insignificant.The MDA in exercise training group was lower significantly under heat stress.3) Related analysis finds that the serum IL-2 has negative correlation with MDA and positive correlation with SOD and SOD/MDA.
