Abstract
To develop service sector is a strategy to develop economy in many countries. Under the global financial crisis, to develop service sector has an important meaning for Shandong province. So we should take a series of measures to acquireboth the breakthrough in quantity and aqualitive leap in service sector of Shandong province.
