The effect of nursing safety management on elderly patients in the elderly cadre ward

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing safety management administrate on curing and nursing with cardiovascular disease in the elderly cadre ward. Methods The measures included training of risk management awareness of nurses, assessing safety risks of patients, strengthening security management in relevant key periods and links, and implementing nursing safety management. Results Before and after nursing safety management,the satisfactory degree of patients and nurses were improved, and the quality of nursing was increased. Conclusion Implementation of nursing safety management can increase the patients' and nurses' satisfaction and plays a important role in promoting the quality of nursing.
