Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole combined with mosapride on treatment of reflux esophagitis, and analyze its safety. Methods From March,2010 to March,2012,92 cases of reflux esophagitis patients were randomly classified into two groups, observation group with 46 cases was treated with omeprazole combined with mosapride and control group with 46 cases was treated with omeprazole. The changes of main symptoms and clinical effect were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of heartburn, acid reflux and chest pain were significantly decreased(P0.05)in both two groups. Moreover, the scores of heartburn, acid reflux and chest pain in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.05).The total effective rates in observation group were 93.5%,significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05). Conclusions Omeprazole combined with mosapride in treatment with reflux esophagitis can enhance clinical effect and has good safety, which can be applied in clinic.
