The Clinical Efficacy Comparation of Heluo Shugan Capsule and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Tablet in the Liver Fibrosis

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Heluo Shugan capsule and salvia miltiorrhiza tablet in the liver fibrosis.Methods:140 cases of liver fibrosis caused by hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,salvia miltiorrhiza group and Heluo Shugan capsule group.Liver function and liver fibrosis were tested respectively before and after therapy.Results:The liver function and liver fibrosis had been improved obviously after therapy.The difference of serological LN and C-Ⅳ after therapy were statistically significant in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Both Heluo Shugan capsule and salvia miltiorrhiza tablet could improve liver fibrosis.Heluo Shugan capsule is superior to salvia miltiorrhiza tablet in LN and C-Ⅳ.
