Effect s of Comfort Nursing on Stress in Operation Patients before Operation

Objective: To observed the superiority of comfort care in operation patients before operation.Methods: 80 laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,ASAⅠ~Ⅱwere randomly divided into general nursing group and comfort nursing group,40 patients in each group.Determination the plasma cortisol level,the plasma norepinephrine level and the epinephrine level,the blood pressure,heart rate and the anxiety degree in each group were mensurated before into the operating room and into the operating room after they were received general nursing or comfort nursing.Results: The stress level was significantly decreased in the comfort nursing patients,and there were significant differences in the plasma cortisol level,the plasma norepinephrine level and the epinephrine level between the general nursing patients and comfort nursing patients,and there was also significant differences in the blood pressure,heart rate and the anxiety degree.Conclusion: compared with the general nursing,the comfort nursing is much better to reduce the stress level and beneficial to the management of intraoperative and postoperative recovery.The comfort nursing is worth popularizing in operating room nursing.
