Abstract
Objective:To measure the concentration of D dimer, t PA and PLG activity in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with acute cerebral infarction and to investigate their clinical significance. Methods: The concentration of D dimer and t PA in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in patients was examined by enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) and the measurement for PLG biological activity was performed by the chromophore method. All these results were compared with control subjects. Results: The concentrations of D dimer and t PA in patients with acute cerebral infarction were much higher than normal subjects (P0.01) while the PLG activity was significantly lower (P0.01). Conclusion: Hypercoagulability and secondary hyperfibrinolysis exist in patients with acute cerebral infarction. And these hematological markers have clinical significance.\;
