Abstract
A new alkylated and acetylated β-cyclodextrin has been synthesized and used as chiral stationary phase of gas chromatography,a fused silica capillary column was prepared with this derivative.The performance of the column was investigated and a series of enantiomers were separated.The experimental results indicate that chiral stationary phase is of excellent chromatographic properties and strong enantioselectivity.
