Abstract
OBJECTIVETo study the protective effects of the Yuegan capsule on alcoholic liver injury in mice.METHODSThe liver injury models were induced by alcohole, and the changes of morphosis of liver cells and the activity of SDH and ACP were observed, and neutral fats were measured by oil red O methods. RESULTSThe liver injury in mice were reduced, and SDH activity was increased, and ACP activity was decreased with using Yuegan capsule.CONCLUSIONYuegan capsule has protective effects on alcoholism liver injury in mice.
