Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Based on Dampness and Stasis

Chinese medicine believes that chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a kind of primary deficiency and secondary excess syndrome.Deficiency of spleen and kidney plays a key role in the development of the disease,while the dampness,turbid,stasis are also risk factors and important pathological products.This paper discussed the mechanism,the main clinical and pathological features and treatment of CKD.And we proposed that the dampness and the stasis play a significant role in the development of CKD.Thus,we should pay more attention to the treatment of the dampness and the stasis.Removing dampness and activating blood circulation should be run through in the whole treatment process.
