Abstract
The vast majority patients of alcohol-induced femoral head necrosis throughout the course have pain in the hip, lower limb weakness, whole body fatigue, loss of appetite, weak waist and other symptoms in varying degrees, and the syndrome is liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Thereby,it is believed that the important pathogenesis of this disease is kidney and liver, which is the syndrome of root deficiency and superficiality excess.Qi stagnation, phlegm and stasis are pathological products and affect the development of the disease. So nourishing liver and kidney, the method of activating blood circulation to resolve stasis and eliminating dampness is therapeutic principle.
