Value Analysis of High-quality Nursing Service for Senile Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of high-quality nursing service for the senile cerebral infarction.Method:96 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from September 2012 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according the time.Each group contained 48 cases.The observation group were given high-quality nursing service,and the control group were given normal nursing service.The activities of daily living,mental status,satisfaction and adverse reaction of these two groups were observed and compared.Result:Through the intervention,the SAS score,BI score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P0.05),the adverse reaction overall incidence of the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P0.05),the total satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The high-quality nursing service can improve the daily living ability of senile cerebral infarction patients, improve the patient's mental state, reduce the incidence of complications,increased satisfaction, significant clinical effect,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice
