Abstract

Objective: To investigate the influence of rehabilitation in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction by system nursing intervention. Methods: 84 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=42) and control group(n=42), the control group was gave conventional care method, and the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention, accroding to the different training and nursing methods for the two groups, the patient's symptoms improved and health levels were observed. Results: The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.23%(40/42), much higher than the control group(76.19%), the overall effective rate of two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). The NIHSS score of observation group after nursing was 5.63±3.82, significantly lower than the 8.61±4.75 in the control group, the NIHSS score of two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). The ADL score of observation group after nursing was 50.62±15.37, significantly higher than the 33.85±12.16 in the control group, the ADL score of two groups was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion: The system nursing intervention measures can help to improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction, and improve the life quality.
