The application effect of clinical nursing pathway on senile cataract in perioperation

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in peri operative period of senile cataract.Methods 80 senile cataract operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway,nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the anxiety,depression scores after operation was lower than those in the control group,complications,hospitalization time,hospitalization costs were less than those in the control group,the postoperative visual acuity was better than that in the control group,the result revealed that the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Nursing satisfaction in health education,nursing progress,nursing effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,which showed a statistical significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is used for patients to understand the operation process,to meet the physical and mental comfort and improve nursing satisfaction.
