Abstract

Legal supervision is a kind of supervision on the law.In ancient China,legal supervision has been an important supervision on the executive power.In today's wester country,legal supervision is still an important supervision on executive power.So,in today's China,the procuratorate should take the liability of the legal supervision and supervise on the legitmacy and reasonable of the abstract and specific executive action.
