Abstract
The process of extracting flavonoids from lotus leaf is studied.During the extracting process, four main factors including concentration of extracting solution, temperature, time and ratio of solid to liquid are studied by using single factor analysis method. The optimal process conditions are obtained by orthogonal analysis as follows: methanol concentration 70%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40,extracting duration 3 h and extracting temperature 80 ℃.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
