Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based care in the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after hip replacement. Methods 100 cases of hip replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The observation group used the evidence-based care and the control group received the conventional care. The deep venous thrombosis-related factors and nursing effects were observed in the two groups. Results Among 100 cases of hip replacement surgery, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities was 4 cases in the observation group with the incidence rate of 8% and 10 cases in the control group with the incidence rate of 20%,showing statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based care not only provides the nursing evidence for clinical care and increases the nursing quality, but also effectively reduces the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
