Abstract

The small and medium enterprises cluster is an industrial organization form conducive to gain innovation and competitive advantage.Technological innovation is an important method to improve competitiveness of SMEs cluster and it has become an important force to the cluster as well as regional economic development.From innovation consciousness of enterprises,the cultural environment of cluster innovation,innovation resources of enterprise,government behavior,and other factors on the impact of SME clusters technological innovation has carried on analysis,and draws links between these key factors.
