Abstract
As a common operation pattern for industrial organizations, industrial cluster maximizes the enterprises' competitiveness by the effects from large-scale and integrated economy. Concentrating on the characteristic of homogenization existing in most of the industrial clusters in China, this article has analyzed its driving and retarding influence on technological innovation in industrial clusters, and then, based on the conclusions, proposed some detailed measures to enhance general technology R&D (Research and Development) in an industrial cluster and its innovation capability.
