Abstract
Industrial cluster is an institutional arrangement which is conducive to innovation and competitive advantages.Innovation is an important characteristic of industrial cluster,because that geographical proximity makes the communication among internal enterprises more convenient and the learning of implicit knowledge easier.Therefore,the innovation mode of industrial cluster becomes an important mean to improve regional innovation ability and promote regional economic development.
