Legal Regulation of Public Health Service under the Concept of Universal Service

Anomie in China's public health domain has caused a lot of problems which,at the value level,may be attributed to the missing of service and at the institutional level to the double failure of the government as well as the market.Being a law characterized with authority and power,economic law is held the choice to regulate public health service.A statutory framework imbued with the notion of service will be set up through integrating the existing resources of economic law and applying,formulating,mending or specifying relevant laws or regulations,which will inevitably conduce to the reform of medical and health system and ensure universal to be successfully introduced into the area of public health service.
