Abstract
【Objective】To study gastric electrical activity of Pre-and Postoperative in patients with gastric cancer.【Methods】27 patients with gastric cancer and 27 with gastric cancer operation and 20 healthy controls were detected by electrogastrogram.【Results】 DP and T% in gastric cancer patients were all significantly higher than that of controls;N% was lower than controls.DF and N% in postoperative gastric cancer patients were all lower than controls,B% and T% were higher than controls.DF,DP and N% in postoperative gastric cancer patients were all lower than gastric cancer patients,B% were higher than gastric cancer patients.【Conclusions】Gastric cancer patients and postoperative gastric cancer patients exist abnormal gastric myoelectrical activity.Gastric lectrical derangement rate of postoperative gastric cancer patients is higher than gastric cancer patients.EGG is available as a non-invasive method to evaluate the motility function of the remnant stomach after gastretomy.
