Abstract
In order to study the fermentation of uncooked corn flour to produce alcohol, 100L fermenting pot test was carried out and the experimental conditions were as follows: granule size(30 mesh, 100 % pass rate), 0.02 % yeast used, the use level of GC626 and FERMGEN and STARGEN002 were 0.15 g and 0.10g and 2.0 g respectively per kg corn flour, liquefaction time was 2 h, the ratio of raw materials and water was1∶2.35, fermenting temperature was at 32 ℃, stirring speed was 100 r/min, and fermenting time was 80~90 h. The experimental results showed that the fermentation of uncooked corn flour to produce alcohol was feasible and it could save energy consumption in practice.
