Abstract
Four extracting methods, including hot water extraction method, alkaline extraction method, microwave extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method, are used to extract polysaccharides from Cordycepsmilitaris mycelia respectively. Extraction yield of crude polysaccharides as an indicator to comparing four extracting methods comprehensively,it shows that the optimal extraction method is ultrasonic extraction method. The objective is to optimize ultrasonic extraction conditions by a single factor synthesis and an orthogonal test, the results show that the optimal formula of ultrasonic extraction is ultrasonic power 511 W,ultrasonic processing time 40 min, ultrasonic temperature 50℃and solid-water ratio 1:40,the yield is 15.48%under optimized conditions.
