Abstract
On the basis of single factor experiments, the ultrasonic extraction process of polysaccharide from Sedum Aizoom L. was studied by orthogonal experimental method. Ultrasonic temperature,solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time, extraction times were discussed on the polysaccharide extraction effect. The results show that the order of the various factors influence respectively: extraction times,solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic extraction time, ultrasonic extraction temperature. The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of Polysaccharide from Sedum Aizoom L. : Ultrasonic extraction temperature is 50℃,solid-liquid ratiois 1: 50,ultrasonic extraction time is 40 min, extraction times is 3,under this extraction condition the highest crude polysaccharide extraction yield was 7. 39%.
