Abstract
The influencing factors(including solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and ultrasonic extraction times) of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide from E.prostrasta were studied through an orthogonal experiment to know the effects of ultrasonic on the extraction of polysaccharide from E.prostrasta and optimize the ultrasonic extraction process.The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic extraction technology included solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,ultrasonic time 20 min,ultrasonic frequency for three times.With the optimized ultrasonic extraction technology,the extraction ratio would be up to 11.78%.
