Abstract

The technical standard system of animal-derived food safety control and management is aimed at all food chain to identify and control.all food safety hazards The technical standard systems promulgated by state government discussed in this paper included the good agricultural practice of the animal food production,good manufacturing practice,hazard analysis and critical control points,food safety management system,in order to strengthen the own safety management of enterprises,to improve animal breeding and animal-derived food processing technical level,and to protect animal-derived food safety.
