Application of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl in the First Analge-sic Induced Abortion

Objective Apply the safe and effective analgesic induced abortion to reduce pain in primipara andprevent abortion syndrome.Methods 470 primipara of 42-70gestation days were divided into two groups-experimentgroup and control group.200 cases of experiment group were intravenous injection slowly with propofol combinedwith fentanyl during operation.220 cases of control group were done by traditional dilataion and curettagewithout any analgesics.We observed life signs,pain,abortion syndrome and blood volumn.Results The life signsof experiment group were balanced.The total effective rate in analgesia was 100%.There was no syndrome of inducedabortion.There had significant difference between two groups(P0.01).Conclusion Application of propofolcombined with fentanyl in induced bortion can ease pain effectively,be safely and prevent syndrome of inducedabortion.
