Effect analysis of saimeterol combind with fluticasone in treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective: Discuss the clinical effects of saimeterol combind with fluticasone in treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods: 88 cases were diagnosed as bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group and 44 cases each group.Control group give relieving asthma,antitussive,phlegm,and,when necessary,such as oxygen symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in addition to the above the basis of symptomatic treatment the combined use of saimeterol and fluticasone in,Both groups in treatment before and after the treatment of three months was determined the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(FVC) and peak velocity value(PEF),and clinical symptoms of asthma to score.Results: The values of the FEV1,FVC and PEF in the two group were all increased than before treatment,before and after the treatment with significant difference between,a statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the two groups of the symptom score were all reduced,compared with before treatment with significant difference(P0.05),and the treatment group symptoms improved significantly better than control group,a statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions:Saimeterol and fluticasone joint inhaled in treating bronchial asthma with can effectively control asthma,sympto-ms has good curative effect.
