Application Value on Micro Implant Anchorage in the Treatment of Orthodontic

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of micro implant anchorage in the treatment of orthodontics.Method:108 cases of orthodontic in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2012 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group for 58 cases and the control group for 50 cases.The observation group was treated with micro implant,the control group was treated with non implant treatment. After 9 months of treatment course,lateral cephalometric radiographs of the two groups were compared and their curative effects were summarized.Result:After the treatment,compared with before treatment,SNA and U1-SN in the observation group were significantly reduced,and significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);ANB in the observation group was significantly decreased,SNB and L1-MP increased significantly,and the ANB was significantly less than that of control group,SNB and L1-MP were significantly more than that of control group, the differences were statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of micro implant anchorage in the treatment of orthodontic is good,have good shape,long term stability need further observation.
