Abstract
Hepatic fibrosis is the pathological repairing stage after liver damage,and is a developing process that numerous factors joined in,the key part is the activation of hepatic stellate cells.The continuous generation and degradation of the extracellular matrix determines the prognosis of hepatic fibrosis.The occurrence of hepatic fibrosis involves numerous cytokines,some basic fibroblast growth factors,cell tissue growth factors,platelet derived growth factors etc.,which all play important roles.There have been a lot of researches of cytokines so far and its mechanism has been reported in detail.
