My Humble Opinion on Delimitation of Economic Law

The basic feature of Economic Law is its different extend signs from the other law departments during adjusting the same kind of social relations. Its value orientation is to protect the whole interests of the vast majority people. Its adjusting object is a comprehensive benefit relation(property as the mian contents) between the social groups, in which the interest of a man himself or the market subject may be or might have been influenced by the action of the market subject.
