AN ANALYSIS OF THE NON-OPTIONAL LOCAL PARTICULARITY AND DEVELOPMENTAL STRATEGY OF THE SMALL CITIES AND TOWNS IN LESS-DEVELOPED COUNTIES——THE CASE OF YANGXIN COUNTY,SHANDONG PROVINCE

The developmental strategy of the less-developed counties and towns is a focus of the region research. By studying the case of Yangxin County , this paper is focusing on the location particularity and the reason of the less-developed countries and towns. The author tries best to put forward the developmental strategy of the less developed areas from the general strategy, the city function , the city image and the city soft environment. This can be applicable to development of the local cities and the other less-developmental areas.
