Study on the theory and model of pullulation of the different local of the small cities and towns——a case study in lessdeveloped area

The paper systematically sets forth that the different localities effect the pullulation of small cities and towns in less developed area. Comparison with developed area,the paper reveals the local particularity and the restrict mechanism of small cities and towns in less developed area,and probes into the different growing patterns in the different local conditions. The paper puts forward that locality is the viewpoint of core of the pullulation of small cities and towns in less developed area,which takes on the realistic signification for putting in practice the city’ strategy of exploitation in the west-China.
