Abstract
In the experiments,D-galactose-induced aging mice model was set up and the antioxidant effects of drinking rice wine were investigated through measuring CAT,MDA and SOD in mice serum. The results suggested that drinking rice wine could significantly improve the activity of CAT and SOD(P0.05) in mice serum and decrease the content of MDA(P0.01).As a result, drinking rice wine could effectively suppress the development of mice aging through its antioxidant functions.
