Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfort nursing for patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 247 cases of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group 134 cases and control group of 113 cases.;two groups were given relevant symptomatic treatment, the control group was given conventional nursingmeasures,the intervention group on the basis of given comfort care intervention.Observation and nursing of 2 groups after hospitalization time,score of life quality and nursing satisfaction.Results Of the intervention groupthe hospitalization time is shorter than the control group,the quality of life score lower than the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Comfort care for patients with pulmonary heart disease can significantly improve the life quality of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
