Abstract
We cannot grasp Laozi's thought by dividing it into two layers.The overall structure of Laozi's Philosophy covers four layers:Tao,world,things and human.The fundamental relation between human and things and Tao draw the outline of cognition of human.It is the target of Laozi's Philosophy that we must accord the politics with Tao.
