Clinical study of Long's manipulation combining with paravertibral nerve block for cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Long’s manipulation combining with paravertibral nerve block in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods 238 patients suffering from cervical spondylosis were divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=156)were subjected to Long’s manipulation combining with paravertibral nerve block,the control group(n=82)were only applied Long’s manipulation.After a course of treatment,the cure rate and the total effectiveness rate were analyzed respectively.Results Of the treatment group,the cure rate was 39.74%,the total effectiveness rate was 96.79%,prioring to the control group.Conclusion Combining with paravertibral nerve block could promote the clinical effects of Long’s manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
