Intervention Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing on Depression and Life Quality of Patients with Breast Cancer

OBJECTIVE To explore the intervention effect of superior nursing on the depression and the quality of life of the patients with chronic gastric ulcer.METHOD From February 2012 to January 2014,176 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into nursing group and control group acording to the stochastic indicator,which each group had 88 patients.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the nursing group were given early comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.The effects of the intervention on depression and quality of life were observed in two groups.RESULTS Before nursing intervention,two groups of patients with depression and life quality differences were not statistically significant(P0.05).After nursing intervention,the depression and BDI scores of the 2 groups were lower than those before nursing intervention(P0.05).While depressions in the nursing group were significantly improved,incidence of depression was 32.95%;moderate and severe was 15.91%and BDI items scores were(8.34±3.24).While on the control group incidence of depression was 52.27%;moderate and severe was34.09%and BDI items scores were(10.41±4.11).Numerical value of nursing group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).While on the quality of life level,rising numbers of the SF-36 scores in the nursing group were obvious,which were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Early comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively reduce the incidence of depression in patients with breast cancerimprove and improve the depressive emotion and the quality of life in breast cancer patients.It was not only simple and easy to be conducted,but also worthy of being generalized in clinical nursing.
