Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality standard for anti-inflammation pills.Method:Viola yedoensis,Taraxacum mongolicum,Gardenia jasminoides and Forsythia suspense were identified by TLC.Baicalin was determined by HPLC.Result:The results of TLC showed that the relevant spots were clear without interference in the blank reference. The content of baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.016 48-0.082 4 g·L-1(r=1.0).The average recovery rate was 99.95% and RSD was 0.89%.Conclusion:The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be effectively used for the quality control of anti-inflammation pills.
