Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality standards of the Suqing Pills.Methods:The coptidis rhizoma in preparation was identified by TLC.The content of baicalin in preparation was determined by HPLC.Results:TLC spots were clear and well-separated.The baicalin 5~25μL which is equivalent to the baicalin 0.35575~1.77875μg/mL,a good linear relationship(r=0.9998%,n=5),the average recovery was 97.5%(RSD=0.75%,n=9).Conclusion:The established method is accurate and reliable,with good reproducibility for the quality control of Suqing Pills.
