Observation the Efficacy of Inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline in Treatment of Children with Acute Asthma

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline in treating acute asthma.Methods:64 children with asthma were divided into control group(n=32) and treatment group(n=32) randomly,the control group were with routine treatment,the treatment group were treated with inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline besides routine treatment,twice a day,for three days.Results:Compared with the control group,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in treatment group were superior to the control group significantly,there was significant difference statistically(P0.05).Conclusion:Inhalation of Budesonide and Terbutaline in treating acute asthma has a good efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
