CLINICAL EFFECT OF BUDESONIDE AND TERBUTALINE INHALATION IN TREATING BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide and Terbutaline inhalation in treating bronchial asthma.[Methods]76 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,on basis of it,patients of observation group received the use of Budesonide and Terbutaline inhalation,the clinical efficacy and pulmonary function were observed and compared.[Results]The total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than control group 76.9%,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the extinction time of clinical symptoms such as difficulty breathing,wheezing,cough of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Budesonide and Terbutaline inhalation can improve lung function in patients with bronchial asthma and it is worth of clinical application.
