School-Based Curriculum and Student Personality Development

School-based curriculum is an important supplement to the national one, which should adopt the model of practice——assessment——development, embodying philosophy of school education with a clear goal and extensiveness. Development of school-based curriculum should combine schooling goals with cultivating objectives, give priority to the right of selection by teachers and students, give play to teacher's specialty, and make the most of educational resources inside and outside. To ensure the quality of curriculum development, schools should take various ways of strengthening curriculum evaluation.
