Abstract
Objective To observe the preemptive analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative pain relief. Methods Fifty ASAⅠ ~ Ⅱ patients who were assigned to receive orthopaedic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 25 patients. Fifteen minutes before surgery, patients in experimental group received 100 mg of flurbiprofen grease by slow intravenous injection, while 20 ml of normal saline was given for patients in control group. 1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h,8 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery, visual analogue scale( VAS) were evaluated respectively, and 24 h tramadol dosage and adverse reactions were recorded. The overall satisfaction of patients for analgesic therapy was statistically analyzed. Results 1 h,2 h,4 h,6 h after surgery,VAS in experimental group were lower than those in control group( P 0. 05). The 24 h tramadol dosage( 275. 8 ± 45. 5 mg) in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group( 310. 5 ± 57. 2 mg)( P 0. 05). There were significant differences in adverse reactions( except urinary retention) between two groups( P 0. 05). There was also significant difference in the overall satisfaction for analgesic therapy in levelⅡ and Ⅳ between two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion Preemptive analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil can reduce the dosage of tramadol, alleviate the adverse reaction in nerve and gastrointestinal system, and has remarkable analgesic effect on postoperative pain relief.
