Abstract
This paper examines the current system of the transfer of rural residential land right of use and the corresponding problems, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for further improving the transfer of the right. The research concludes that the rural residential land right of use should be allowed to transfer in the field of circulation and be managed according to the law so as to standardize circulation, improve the rural residential land system and achieve breakthrough in the reform of the transfer of rural residential land, thus providing a new way to resolve the problem related to the countryside, agriculture and farmers.
