Abstract
The engineering method of testability prediction is not adapted to use for developing compute aided soft.So testability prediction methods based on model have been reaching on for recent years.The paper studies QSI 's TEAMS(Testability Engineering And Maintenance System) and testability prediction method based on multi-signal model deeply.The paper introduces multi-signal model and the procedure of testability prediction on multi-signal model.The paper gives and illustrates algorithms of the generation of fault-test dependency matrix, the design of diagnosis strategy and the computing of testability merits.The research is beneficial to developing testability analysis software.
