Abstract

Multi-signal modeling methodology is a simple but efficient knowledge representation method which has been adopted in the application of TEAMS by ASI Company in U.S.for testability analysis, testability prediction, reliability analysis and fault diagnosis.Research on modeling and analyzing method of system testability based on multi-signal model is carried out.Combining illustrations, analysis process and algorithm of multi-signal modeling,fault-test dependency matrix, undetected faults, ambiguity group, redundant tests, fault masking,FDR, FIR,etc. The result of the above algorithm is the same as the one of TEAMS.Though testability analysis based on multi-signal model can not offer a comprehensive conclusion and have defects to improve,it is easy to implement computer aid analysis, which is valuable for development of system testability tool.
